Prohibited Businesses

• Unlicensed financial services

• Money service businesses

• Ponzi or pyramid schemes

• Unregulated forex/crypto trading

• Adult content, escort services, or pornography

• Sale of counterfeit goods

• Gambling

Restricted (Subject to Review)

• Nutraceuticals or supplements with health claims

• Political fundraising

• High-risk crypto projects

• Debt collection

• Multi-level marketing (MLM)

• CBD or hemp-related products (where not clearly legal)

Each applicant will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must disclose their business model during onboarding.
