• Processed through partnered providers (e.g. Adyen)
• Subject to settlement times, fees, and conditions agreed upon during onboarding
• Tracked with full transparency and logs via the ITUI system

You may not use Enkel Pay to:
• Process payments for illegal or prohibited businesses
• Violate intellectual property laws
• Bypass or manipulate security measures

5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software are the property of Enkel Pay or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without permission.

6. Disclaimers
Enkel Pay is provided “as is.” While we aim for 99.99% uptime and secure infrastructure, we:
• Do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Are not liable for indirect losses (e.g. loss of profits, data)

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or at our discretion with prior notice.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
